Refund policy
Please return your garments within 30 days from date of purchase (this is extended during the Christmas period) , unworn, unwashed with sanitary sticker and tags attached.
Please ensure garments have been tried on with hygiene sticker and tag still attached. Garments can not be returned if these have been removed in any way.
Made to order bespoke club or individual leotards can not be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.
We reserve the right to inspect faulty goods and send any minor issues for repair up to three months after purchase and we offer a six month stones replacement service.
No refunds will be issued for bespoke, made-to-order leotards if the item is no longer wanted, or due to extended manufacturing or delivery times.
Avoid Velcro - Lycra will stick to Velcro and will cause catches. With repeated wear and washing, high fashion fabrics such as foil will show some fading and some stones may be lost due to the nature of the sport, please expect this to occur through time. We will not replace any leotards due to wear and tear and by not following the correct care instructions.
Please be aware our sizing can sometimes come up different depending on the design or material, so please make sure you are happy with the fit before removing any tags,
When requesting a refund or exchange please fill out the returns form that you will receive with your initial order. If you can not find your exchange form please email: info@rocsa.co.uk to request one.

Please note you are responsible for any postage costs for returns. The order is your responsibility until we receive it. We advise you to use recorded delivery to ensure you have proof of postage.
