Returns and Exchanges
Please return your garments within 30 days from date of purchase (this is extended during the Christmas period) , unworn, unwashed with sanitary sticker and tags attached,
Please ensure garments have been tried on with hygiene sticker and tag still attached. Garments can not be returned if these have been removed in any way.
Please be aware our sizing can sometimes come up different depending on the design or material, so please make sure you are happy with the fit before removing any tags,
When requesting a refund or exchange please fill out the returns form that you will receive with your initial order. If you can not find your exchange form please email: email@example.com to request one.
We reserve the right to inspect faulty goods and send any minor issues for repair up to three months after purchase.
Please note you are responsible for any postage costs for returns. The order is your responsibility until we receive it. We advise you to use recorded delivery to ensure you have proof of postage.
Care instructions can be found on the back of the bag and should be followed to ensure your leotard stays in good condition. We will not refund damaged leotards if the care instructions have not been correctly followed nor damage due to normal wear and tear and or contact with velcro/rough surfaces.
